Warning 

Each cartridge contains high-pressure liquefied gas and gets extremely cold when punctured. 

Don’t remove the cartridge from your cream whipper not unless you’re sure it is empty. Immediately consult a physician if you get burnt by freezing nitrous oxide. You can get deep tissue damage from a high-pressure N2O burn, which may not manifest immediately.
